CNC Turning Capabilities
Our cnc turning center equipment has a precision measurement of plus/minus .0005”, producing parts with higher quality than ever before. Our ISO 9001 certified machinery is capable of working with many different materials, ranging from more malleable materials such as aluminum and brass to more complex materials such as steel and can provide a variety of finishing processes. Our high precision turning equipment includes:
- Haas CNC Turning Center ST-10
- Mazak Quick Turn 8N
The new generation of Haas turning centers specialize in being extremely rigid, highly accurate and very thermally stable. The ST-10 model includes rugged 2 axis lathes, dual-spindle, super speed and Y-axis models for producing parts that are sure to outperform anything in their class. The Mazak Quick Turn machine upholds the maximum swing at 11.81 inches, maximum cutting diameter at 6.3 inches, and maximum bar work size.
